Stuff happens. I understand. And, my time is valuable as well.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment, and that email includes a link to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I charge the payment method I have on file.
I will call you at the time scheduled. If you miss the call, I will try again in 5 minutes. If you miss again, your session will be charged. I book my appointments back to back with no cushion between. If you are late, your session will still end at the specified time so that I can be available on time for my next client.
Sometimes, emergencies happen. If something serious or unavoidable gets in the way, contact me to reschedule within a week, and I'll forgive the late notice. If "emergencies" become habit (3x or more) your canceled sessions will be charged.
Texting Sessions & Fees
One simple answer follow-up text question is included with every telephone session. If a client initiates a spontaneous or un-scheduled text conversation that is not a simple follow-up question, TL will suggest another session. If the conversation continues, a texting session ($25) will be charged.
Initial consultations require payment at the time of booking and are nonrefundable.
All packages have expiration dates to encourage clients to stay accountable to their process. Un-used sessions in expired packages will not be refunded.
In the event you cannot use up your package before it expires, refunds must be requested in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds for unused packages shall equal the sum paid less a $50 processing fee and fees for services already provided, including the initial consultation. Refunds will be paid to the Client within 30 days of receipt of written request.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Yes. Just as you would with you doctor or therapist or lawyer, you conversation with TeriLeigh are entirely confidential. Any information you share is considered private and confidential and will be protected. I do reserves the right to use case study information for marketing and education purposes, but I never use client names or identifying factors. You may refuse use of anonymous case-study information at any time by request in writing.
I will call you at precisely the time of your appointment. Every session follows a similar format. I will ask you questions to get you talking about your situation and your needs. I will take detailed notes as you talk. About halfway through your time, I will ask "is there anything else?" until you respond that you have covered everything.
Then, I will offer an energetic and spiritual explanation of what you are learning through these challenges. I will teach you a lesson or exercise that you can use to support yourself through these issues, and I will suggest specific homework to practice. I will also take detailed notes on what I share with you.
At the end of the session I will ask you how you feel and what you learned so that you can see how you have changed/grown and gained insight from the session. I will detail that in your notes as well.
Finally, we will discuss possible follow-up sessions and next steps.
Your notes will be emailed to you the same day as your session.
Cost & Fees
I haven't raised my prices in over 15 years. I see a lot of coaches, psychics, spiritual teachers, and yoga instructors systematically raising their rates over time. I aim to keep my services reasonable and affordable. My rate is $100/hour, charged to the nearest 15 minutes.
15 min = $25
30 min - $50
45 min = $75
60 min - $100
75 min = $125
90 min = $150
When you book an appointment online, you will be required to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking. If you book directly, you will pay at the time of session.
I accept cash, check, debit/credit cards, PayPal and Venmo. When you pay with credit card, your card is kept on file through our secure network using Stripe for payment at future sessions. Payment is due at the time of booking.
