What if I have to cancel?
24 hours notice for cancellation is required. The online booking system will not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, text or email TeriLeigh directly. TeriLeigh will call you precisely at the time of your appointment. If you do not answer, she will text you and/or try to call you again in 2-5 minutes. If you do not reply to the text or call, you will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged. Any no-shows and late arrivals will be charged the full rate. A late arrival appointment will be truncated to end at the set time for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals over 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged.
Does TeriLeigh do in-person sessions?
Any in-person sessions are conducted as House Calls within the Twin Cities Metro Area. House calls require a $25.00 travel fee. Occasionally, TeriLeigh offers in-person classes with one-on-one sessions at a hosting venue. If you met TeriLeigh at a special event and booked an in-person session, she will meet you there at the time of your session.
Is it possible to get a last-minute appointment?
As a general rule, TeriLeigh needs 24hrs notice for booking. In the event that you want to book a session with less than 24 hours notice, you must contact TeriLeigh directly via text or email. If you want to book a session with less than 1 hour notice, you will be charged an extra $10.
Texting with TeriLeigh
One simple answer follow-up text question is included with every telephone session. If a client initiates a spontaneous or un-scheduled text conversation that is not a simple follow-up question, TL will suggest another session. If the conversation continues, a texting session ($25) will be charged.
Do session packages expire?
Yes. All packages have expiration dates to encourage clients to stay accountable to their process. Un-used sessions in expired packages will not be refunded.
Are my conversations with TeriLeigh confidential?
Yes. Just as you would with you doctor or therapist or lawyer, you conversation with TeriLeigh are entirely confidential. Any information you share is considered private and confidential and will be protected. I do reserves the right to use case study information for marketing and education purposes, but I never use client names or identifying factors. You may refuse use of anonymous case-study information at any time by request in writing.
How do I pay for my sessions?
When you book an appointment online, you will be required to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking. If you book directly with TeriLeigh, you will pay at the time of session.
What can I expect in a session?
TeriLeigh will call you at precisely the time of your appointment. Every session follows a similar format. TeriLeigh will ask you questions to get you talking about your situation and your needs. She will take detailed notes as you talk. About halfway through your time, she will ask "is there anything else?" until you respond that you have covered everything.
